Owned Channel Associate
About the Role:
Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking an Owned Channel Associate to power the day-to-day execution of our email and SMS channels.
This role is the engine behind our owned channels — ensuring campaigns and flows are built with precision, tested consistently, and delivered on time. Our tools, audience, and data foundation are already in place. What we need is a dedicated executor who can own the day-to-day so Lola’s retention engine can scale.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign & Flow Execution
Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns on a regular cadence across Klaviyo and Postscript
Manage campaign workflows and coordinate with the creative team in ClickUp
Set up and monitor A/B test variants across campaigns
Support a best practice testing cadence.
Channel Performance & Deliverability
Monitor owned channel KPIs daily
Track and maintain deliverability health across email and SMS
Surface optimization opportunities and performance trends to the Senior Retention Manager
Retention & Lifecycle Support
Support loyalty, direct mail, and lifecycle initiatives as the retention program expands
Contribute to persona-based personalization and journey-led segmentation efforts
Provide execution support for multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and in-app push
Salt Lake City and New York City are preferred locations for this role. If in either city, we offer a hybrid work model with offices in each. Open to remote candidates.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in email or SMS marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerce
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo / Postscript or a comparable ESP/SMS platform
Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they go out the door
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and segmentation best practices
