Job Responsibilities:
1.Priority to reach cooperation with the company in the form of a partner, and complete the following work on the basis of partnership...
2.Maintain close contact with local toothpaste self-developed brands in the United States or downstream toothpaste production suppliers, seek business cooperation opportunities (such as business cooperation/brand cooperation/co-branding), and be responsible for the whole process of cooperation, including but not limited to discussing cooperation cycle, content, price and other information with partners;
3.Cooperate with local dental associations, personal care associations and other related associations and organizations in the United States to achieve higher brand awareness and reputation;
4.Fully responsible for the early development activities of the U.S. market, including corporate publicity, product promotion, accumulation and activation of customer resources, and lay a good foundation for the company to enter the new market;
5.Develop distribution channels in the North American retail market, including online and offline, and find cooperation with agents;
6. Development of ODM business
Qualifications:
1.Native American, familiar with the American market environment, bachelor degree or above, major in finance and marketing is preferred;
2.Candidates who have worked in market development in Colgate, Procter & Gamble, and Chruch are preferred, or have worked in other American toothpaste materials and personal care companies;
3.Strong personal comprehensive ability, good market acumen, interpersonal skills, market planning ability, and long-term market planning;
4. Have enthusiasm for the oral care industry, recognize the company's development strategy, and be willing to develop together with the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
