USA Radiology Management Solutions, LLC (USA) is a growing Teleradiology practice with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality remote radiology services nationwide. We are seeking board-certified radiologists to join our overnight team. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible employment models including W2 or 1099.
Position Summary:
• Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off
• Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM CST
• 100% remote overnight coverage
• Competitive productivity-based compensation; High-volume readers can earn $800,000+ annually
• $40–$42/wRVU for the first 80 wRVUs per shift
• $50+/wRVU for all additional wRVUs during shift
• Internal moonlighting opportunities
• Additional overnight shifts available
• Daytime reads available at lower rates
W2 option includes:
• Guaranteed base salary
• Malpractice with tail
• Health, dental, life, and disability insurance
• 401(k) with employer match

Requirements
Board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist
Comfortable handling STAT, emergency, and urgent care cases
Proficient in most aspects of diagnostic radiology
Versatile and adaptable, with a broad radiology skill set
