Overnight Stocker

Stocking shelves: The primary responsibility of the Overnight Stocker will be to ensure that all shelves are fully stocked and organized for the start of the next business day. This includes unloading and unpacking merchandise, restocking shelves, and keeping track of inventory levels.
Maintaining cleanliness: The Overnight Stocker will also be responsible for keeping the store shelves and aisles clean and organized. This may involve sweeping, mopping, and wiping down shelves to ensure a tidy and presentable shopping environment.
Inventory management: The Overnight Stocker will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when products are running low. They may also assist with inventory counts and restocking orders.
Customer service: As part of the store team, the Overnight Stocker will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to shoppers. This may involve answering questions, directing customers to products, and assisting with any concerns or issues that may arise.
Teamwork: The Overnight Stocker will work closely with other members of the store team, including other stockers, cashiers, and managers. They will need to communicate effectively and work together to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Adhering to safety protocols: The Overnight Stocker will be responsible for following safety protocols and guidelines, including proper lifting and carrying techniques, to ensure a safe work environment for themselves and their colleagues.
Time management: As an overnight position, the Overnight Stocker must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
Attention to detail: The Overnight Stocker must have a keen eye for detail to ensure all products are properly stocked, labeled, and organized on the shelves.
Dependability: The Overnight Stocker must be reliable and able to work autonomously during overnight shifts to complete all tasks and responsibilities.
