We support after-hours road service for industry leaders such as Michelin Americas Truck Tires, Yokohama Commercial Tire, American Commercial Tire Network, and independent tire dealers. Position Overview We're looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping commercial truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities • Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email • Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange timely tire replacements • Follow detailed customer profiles to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment • Enter critical service information into our system in real-time during calls What You Bring • Full fluency in English (spoken and written) • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute • Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail • At least 1–2 years of customer service experience • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment • Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications • A personal computer and reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) that meet our tech requirements Ready to Apply?
