Oversee and manage the production process during overnight shifts.
Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all products.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status.
Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Keep accurate and detailed production records.
Continuously look for ways to improve and optimize production processes.
Maintain a positive attitude and motivate team members to meet production goals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss production updates and improvements.
Monitor inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure production runs smoothly.
