Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, staying informed about the latest lending practices and financial services
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals, contributing to the success of our team
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
Ability to work under pressure, managing difficult situations with courtesy and calm
Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data
Preferred:
Previous experience in financial services or customer support
