Overnight Client Service Representative
Compensation: $18.50–$20.00 per hour
• Potential Shift Differential if Applicable
VCA West Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Overnight Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Why We Need You
As the first point of contact, our CSRs set the tone for the client experience. You play a key role in building trust and supporting both clients and our medical teams.
Key Responsibilities (subject to change based on hospital needs):
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients/pets to exam rooms
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients
• Present and explain fees, process payments
• Recommend and assist with products, prescriptions, and services
• Answer questions and educate clients on basic pet care (non-medical)
• Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and correspondence
• Help keep the hospital clean and organized, including occasional waste removal
