Overnight Shift | Tuesday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM First 3 weeks are day shift. 1 week of onboarding 1 week training 1 week on queue This is a bilingual English & French role. What You’ll Do As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will: Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat Schedule appointments and share helpful information Listen with empathy and find the best solutions Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction What You’ll Bring A natural ability to make people feel heard and valued Strong communication skills written and verbal Comfort using technology and learning new systems The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Availability for evening and weekend shifts Experience in customer service is an asset — but a genuine desire to care for others is what really counts.
