Outside Sales Account Executive
OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981, providing import and export services. They are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to develop customer relationships and promote logistics services. Responsibilities Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL) Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit Prepare and offer logistics service plans Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan Onboarding account and aligning service expectation Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below) Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities Maintaining & updating the Sale’s CRM Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact) Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment Skills B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!
