Outreach Specialist – Property Management

We are seeking a personable, professional, and proactive Outreach Specialist to help grow our network of real estate agents and property owners. This is a part-time, remote role focused on building strong, collaborative relationships that lead to qualified appointments. This is not a high-pressure sales role. It is about being an ambassador for SmartEgg and fostering meaningful connections.
What You Will Do
• Contact real estate agents and property owners to introduce SmartEgg and build relationships
• Schedule qualified meetings with property owners for the closing team
• Coordinate and book occasional educational or networking events for agents
• Keep detailed, organized records of your outreach and follow-ups in our CRM
• Consistently meet outreach and appointment goals while representing our brand with warmth and professionalism
• Work 20 hours per week (with the potential for more)
Who You Are
• A natural communicator who enjoys talking with people and creating connections
• Organized and dependable, with a strong sense of follow-through
• Coachable and open to feedback, with a desire to improve and succeed
• Professional and personable, with a tone that is friendly and approachable but never pushy
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and tracking tools
• Active Texas Real Estate License is required
