Job Description: We are seeking motivated freelancers to help us reach out to Airbnb hosts, offering them top-tier 24/7 customer service, tech support, and marketing solutions. - Clearly communicate the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing
strategies to help hosts boost their bookings and guest satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions.
- Keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is a bonus.
