Position Overview!

Medical Records Chart Retrieval Specialist

Join our remote team in a pivotal role, ensuring our healthcare clients receive patient records promptly. You'll be making a high volume of outbound calls, verifying essential information, and maintaining accurate records, all from home while following a Central Time (Houston) schedule.
• Location: Fully remote (must live within a 60-minute radius of Houston, TX 77086)
• Pay Rate: $16/hour + full benefits, paid weekly
• Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST, based on team needs
• Start Date: Anticipated Fall 2025
• Equipment: Fully supplied and shipped to your home

Job Requirements

Responsibilities
• Place high-volume outbound calls to healthcare facilities to request patient charts
• Accurately record and enter all gathered data
• Follow HIPAA regulations and internal protocols at all times

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in call-center or customer-service environments (required)
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical-records is a major plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace
• Residency within 60 minutes of Houston (zip code 77086)
