Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to support clients in managing mental health challenges...
Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs accurately.
Maintain meticulous medical documentation of client sessions and progress to ensure clarity and continuity of care.
Provide compassionate mental health counseling tailored to individuals experiencing a variety of conditions and disorders.
Utilize ICD-9 coding knowledge for precise diagnosis and billing purposes.
Offer crisis intervention services promptly and effectively when required.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Valid state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Proven experience in individual and group counseling techniques.
Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation methods and assessment tools.
Strong documentation skills ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to provide empathetic mental health counseling across various conditions and disorders.
Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for precise diagnosis and billing.
Capability to effectively manage crisis situations.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive outpatient therapy group contracted with multiple Managed Care Organization panels. You will have access to fully furnished office space and the flexibility to manage your schedule autonomously.
