As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide: Psychotherapy Services: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or families to address behavioral health concerns, enhance emotional functioning, and support progress toward treatment goals. Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize clinically appropriate modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and promote overall wellbeing.
