Outbound SDR | Sales Development Representative
IG PPC is an Inc. 5000 Amazon PPC agency managing $3B+ in annual Amazon sales. We work with 7–9 figure brands and we're growing fast.
We are hiring a full-time cold caller to book qualified sales calls with brand owners and e-commerce decision-makers.
What you'll do:
• Call warm leads from trade shows and cold leads from targeted lists
• Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book qualified audit calls on our sales calendar
• You're setting appointments, not closing deals
What we are looking for:
• You've done outbound calling before, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, fundraising, real estate, anything where you dialed 100+ times a day
• You're comfortable with rejection and don't take it personally
• You're coachable — I'll give you feedback daily and I need you to apply it
• You have energy on the phone. No monotone robots.
• Eastern or Central time zone preferred
Comp:
• $35–50K base + $50–100 per qualified appointment that shows
• Top performers will earn $70–90K+
You do NOT need:
• A degree
• A fancy resume
