WHAT YOU'LL DO You own the full sales cycle. No setters. No warm leads. No handoffs. • Build and refine your own prospect lists within the verticals and ICP we define together • Cold call business owners and decision-makers across the US • Qualify fit and create urgency around missed-call revenue loss • Run live demos and explain the revenue impact clearly for their specific vertical • Close deals independently, using a strong ROI case and our 30-day money-back guarantee to reduce friction where needed • Manage your pipeline in CRM with clean notes and honest forecasting • Feed objections, pain points, and market insight directly to the founding team COMPENSATION 50% of every setup fee, paid when the client pays. 15% monthly residual on every active client, every month they stay. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years full-cycle B2B or B2SMB sales, ideally in phone-heavy roles • Proven track record closing from cold outreach, not just warm inbound • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking directly with business owners • Comfortable running demos without relying on a script safety net • Solid CRM discipline — you log everything, you track everything • Experience in home services, trades, local business, or other ROI-driven offers is a strong plus NOT A FIT IF • You need warm leads handed to you • You avoid building your own pipeline • You need heavy management to perform • You are not comfortable inside a commission-only structure WHY NOW We are early, live, and moving fast.
