Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position involves outbound cold calling and email outreach to businesses, cities, and event organizers to introduce our services, qualify leads, and close bookings. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and organized — someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives on results. This is a temporary 2–3 month position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right fit. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to businesses, city offices, and event planners. • Present our character entertainment services and promotional packages in a professional, upbeat way. • Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in our CRM system. • Follow up with warm leads and past clients to generate repeat business. • Achieve weekly outreach and booking goals. • Collaborate with our internal booking team for smooth hand-offs. Qualifications: • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (preferred but not required). • Excellent communication and people skills. • Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections professionally. • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized. • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time.
