The positions offered in this announcement are for remote sales representatives. Our typical customer office or business is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in their own time zone, so we structure outbound calls to match customer hours moving from East to West.
Moving forward there may be opportunities for more hours, or full-time work and the opportunity to participate in our commissioned sales program for exceptional individuals.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound sales calls to close repeat orders from existing customers
 Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce company and products to prospective customers
 Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
 Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
 Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company computer system
Experience:
 Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service or other experience dealing with people
 Good sales and customer service skills
Skills:
 Excellent verbal communication skills in English
 Strong phone presence and ability to make outbound calls confidently
 Familiarity with computer systems for managing call information and posting orders
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
Equipment:
 The company will provide a phone set connected to our network at no cost for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
 Applicant will have access to a PC or laptop with internet access for call management and order posting
