We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Agents. In this role, youll provide exceptional service to customers while working from the comfort of your home. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, handling customer interactions, and maintaining detailed records, all while upholding our commitment to... outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make consistent outbound calls according to program or project requirements.
Accurately document all customer interactions using provided tools.
Provide excellent customer service by upholding integrity and adhering to company policies.
Capture and enter data efficiently.
Upsell products and services as appropriate.
Set appointments in a business-to-customer format.
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
At least one year of call center experience, including experience with automatic dialers and call scripting.
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills.
Strong people skills, active listening, and effective communication.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and computer literacy.
Experience in an outbound call environment.
Work From Home Requirements
PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions such as pets and children.
