This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and is looking to grow into a full-time role.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Make outbound calls using a provided script• Engage customers with a positive and professional attitude• Follow the call flow and meet performance goals• Accurately input call details and maintain records• Represent our brand with enthusiasm and integrity• Other duties as assigned by managementRequired Skills/Qualifications:• Basic computer skills (typing, navigating software, using email/browser)• Positive energy and excellent communication skills• Ability to read and follow a script clearly and naturally• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team• 1 year of previous call center experienceTechnical Requirements: PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) with 8 GB RAM Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) USB-connected Headset Webcam A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children.Hours of Operations / Schedules:• Part-Time with flexible availability• Shifts available Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST• Must be able to work a mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend shiftsLanguage/Education:• English as a primary language• High school diploma or equivalentEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
