Schwer Realty Partners is a fast-growing real estate marketing agency built by a young, driven team scaling from the ground up. We currently have a team of 9 callers and we help real estate agents grow their business — the feedback we get from clients tells us it genuinely changes how they work and what they earn. We're proud of that, and it makes the work matter.
The role
We're looking for motivated callers to join our remote team. You'll be making outbound calls to real estate agents, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. No experience required — we provide full training and set you up to succeed from day one.
This is a commission-only position, and top performers consistently earn $2,000 – $5,000+ per month. Your effort drives your income — there's no cap.
What you'll do
• Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents across the US
• Qualify leads and book appointments for our closing team
• Work remotely, 15+ hours/week during US business hours (Mon–Fri)
Who we're looking for
• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Available 15+ hours/week during US business hours
• Prior sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required
