Requirements
? 1 Year of recent tractor trailer driving experience
? No more than 5 moving violations in the previous 3 years
? No more than 1 D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 3 years
? No serious offenses in the previous 3 years or pattern of unsafe practice
? Minimum of 23 years of age
