Business Analyst
This role supports commercial lending transformation initiatives, particularly in loan servicing modernization. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery. ACBS experience is highly preferred, especially in configuration, data mapping, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
ā¢ Analyze current-state processes and systems, especially in commercial lending and loan servicing.
ā¢ Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases.
ā¢ Understand and document ACBS data structures, screens, and loan accounting features.
ā¢ Assist in mapping legacy systems (e.g., AFS) to ACBS for data conversion or integration.
ā¢ Validate ACBS configurations and parameter settings to ensure alignment with business needs.
ā¢ Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
ā¢ Facilitate walkthroughs and requirement review sessions with stakeholders and tech teams.
ā¢ Support UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triaging.
ā¢ Liaise between business units, technology teams, QA, and external vendors.
ā¢ Ensure deliverables align with business goals, compliance requirements, and project timelines.
Top Skills:
ā¢ Experience in large-scale ACBS migration or modernization programs.
ā¢ Background in loan accounting, data conversion, or regulatory reporting.
ā¢ Knowledge of other platforms like Loan IQ or nCino is a plus.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in commercial lending or financial services.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with ACBS (CLS) for at least 2 years.
ā¢ Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, servicing processes, and regulatory compliance.
ā¢ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ā¢ Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and batch/real-time interfaces.
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
