We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatch & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and supporting field operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor remote pump station alarm systems and respond appropriately to alerts
• Dispatch field crews efficiently based on operational needs and emergencies
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records
• Gather information and generate reports for management and field operations
• Maintain communication through dispatch radio and telephone systems
• Support general office and administrative responsibilities as needed
Work Environment
This position operates in a regular office setting using:
• General office equipment
• Personal computers and software systems
• Dispatch radio communication equipment
• Telephone and reporting systems
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficiency with computers and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous dispatch, operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
