We are looking for a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our practice. Experience in orthodontic assisting is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn!

What Youll Do:
Assist the orthodontist with patient treatments and procedures
Take X-rays, impressions, and photos for treatment planning
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Work closely with the orthodontic team to provide outstanding patient care
What Were Looking For:
? Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or willingness to obtain certification
? 2+ years of orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but not required)
? Proficiency in bonding, debonds, RPEs, wire adjustments, and Invisalign attachments
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
? Compassionate, patient-focused, and a great team player
? Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and techniques
