Organizational Development Training Program Specialist
Texas A&M University is seeking an Organizational Development Training Program Specialist to assist the OD Department with logistical and communication needs. The role involves coordinating training logistics, managing communication and marketing materials, and serving as a liaison for building management. Responsibilities Coordinates with the Training Manager to ensure training participant materials are printed and assists with setting up rooms prior to delivery of in-person courses Oversees training material inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available Handles supply ordering for items needed for face-to-face training courses Responsible for the scheduling of training and conference rooms for the department Serves as an onsite logistical specialist during face-to-face training courses Coordinates OD Department’s communications and marketing materials Creates various communication and marketing pieces to enhance the department’s program offerings across the university Coordinates with HROE’s communication team to ensure maximum exposure of OD offerings Serves as the liaison with the Varisco Building management for needs Performs other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience No prior experience required Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Development, or Psychology Some HR experience Company Overview The Texas A&M AgriLife: Center for Managed Technology Services (CMTS) was established in early 2021 to offer cloud-focused resources and support to researchers within Texas A&M AgriLife.
