OverviewPosition: Organizational Change ManagerLocation: Remote or Hybrid if resides within 32 miles form Tustin, CA LocationPay: $120,000 to $130,000 a yearPosition Summary:New American Funding (NAF) is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join NAF’s Initiative Management Office (iMO) to play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet NAF’s overall mission, goals, and objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change—including various changes to processes, systems and technology, job functions and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and executing plans to drive sustained adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency of changes that impact employees. Supporting efforts to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and desired outcomes.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Create and execute project level change management strategies by applying a structured methodology to lead initiativesSupport communication strategy efforts to engage people managers, senior leaders, and stakeholders, inspiring their commitment to change initiativeSupport executives with sponsor and coalition building techniques to ensure readiness towards change initiativesDevelop and facilitate change management education workshops for people managers and team membersAct as a coach for team members, people managers, and stakeholders by helping them fulfill their unique roles in the change processAlign with training leadership on end user training strategy, providing the necessary knowledge and ability for initiative adoption Collaborate with teammates within iMO and across all NAF divisionsDevelop change management plan integrating milestones and activities into the overall initiative project planEvaluate change impact(s) with project team and stakeholders and develop strategies to reduce risk and resistancePartner with people managers and senior leaders on change readiness for their teamsTrack and report issues to address adoption, utilization or proficiency gapsQualificationsWhat you have:Required:2-5 years of experience leading project or initiative level organizational change management strategy, planning, and delivery with demonstrated successDemonstrates a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward with minimal directionWork Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Other Duties: This job profile is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and responsibilities, as one may perform additional related duties as assigned in order to meet the needs of the organization.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
