Job Location: Marshall, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: 5 Days Per Week Rotating / 6:00AM - until route completed

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $20.75 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
? Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
? Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
? Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
? Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
? Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
? Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
Qualifications
? Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
? Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
? Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
? Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Preferred Experience
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
? No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
