Order Management Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
Β Be the primary liaison between our customer base and warehouse operations
Β Proactively monitor order status and identify potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers
Β Manage carrier claims and resolve delivery issues
Β Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve issues effectively while upholding company policies
Β Process refunds and assist customers with exchange orders
Β Implement and optimize new order management processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Β Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Β Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Β Experience with Shopify e-commerce order management
Β Outstanding communication skills, both through written email and over the phone
Β Proven experience in a customer support role managing multiple email tickets
Β The ability to quickly learn and accurately implement new processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Β Experience with Zendesk is major plus
Β Genuine enthusiasm and interest in backpacking/camping to authentically connect with our team and customers
