Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist serves as a critical role in our operations, focusing on the efficient placement of new hardware orders and handling RMA requests while upholding established productivity and service quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: Review Sales Order for accuracy and Process Sales Orders and RMA’s (Risk Management Assessments) utilizing NetSuite with priority and sense of urgency utilizing multiple hardware distributors Coordinate with logistics provider to ship the product from inventory in Third Party Logistics (3PL) system Update status of shipment in NetSuite and Salesforce based on shipping data in 3PL Manage shipping from various service providers based on availability of inventory Work collaboratively with internal teams and Business Unit support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing support services Utilize multiple systems, applications, and procedures to accurately resolve questions and issues Engage in verbal and written communication with Business Units, customers, and third-party vendors as necessary to fulfill sales orders What we expect from you : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate with leadership staff, cross functional teams, and external sources Efficiency working with multiple systems to obtain and enter sets of data accurately Ability to prioritize, organize, and accommodate work responsibilities and meet business deadlines Experience working within a CRM system and/or Salesforce is a plus Familiarity with payment terminals for operation and technical support Willingness to work afternoon shift (Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm) What you will get from us: Remote model of work Paid training Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing team Private health insurance Benefit package available to all our employees (day off for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries) If you are ready to contribute to this position, apply now with your CV in English.
