Our client in the electrical industry is seeking an Order Management Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills , attention to detail and exceptional organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Ā *Job Title: Order Management Representative**
Ā *Location: Fully Remote (within commutable distance (100 miles) of... Peachtree City, GA)**
Ā *Pay Range: $22.00/hr**
Ā *What's the Job?**
+ Reviewing and processing sales orders following business guidelines including new order generation and releasing orders to distribution centers
+ Escalating order issues to appropriate retail team members
+ Run and maintain reporting to assist in appropriate order prioritization
+ Serve as a liaison between IT, sales teams and operations
+ Provide order management for coverage for Menards, Brokers, Wholesalers and Co-Op Retail customers
Ā *What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 1 year experience with order management
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
+ Knowledge of SAP preferred
+ 1 year experience in customer service
