Order Management Coordinator – E-commerce Support

Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Coordinator to join our dynamic E-commerce Support team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between logistics, customer service, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. As the Order Management Coordinator, you will monitor and manage the end-to-end order cycle, addressing issues promptly and maintaining accurate records across all systems. Key Responsibilities β€’ * Process and manage daily orders across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). β€’ * Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. β€’ * Handle order status updates, returns, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy. β€’ * Liaise with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure stock availability and order fulfillment. β€’ * Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints efficiently and professionally. β€’ * Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping information. β€’ * Generate order and fulfillment reports for internal use and performance tracking. β€’ * Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address order-related concerns. β€’ Required Skills and Qualifications β€’ * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. β€’ * Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management. β€’ * Knowledge of e-commerce portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. β€’ * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). β€’ * High attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced remote environment. β€’ Experience β€’ * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or back-office coordination. β€’ * Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred. β€’ * Familiarity with ERP or order tracking systems is an added advantage. β€’ Working Hours β€’ * Monday to Friday β€’ * 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST β€’ * Occasional weekend support based on order volume or campaigns (with prior notice). β€’ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities β€’ * Understanding of e-commerce workflows and logistics coordination. β€’ * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. β€’ * Customer-focused approach with a solution-oriented attitude. β€’ * Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and remote communication platforms like Zoom or Slack. β€’ * Time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines. β€’ Benefits β€’ * Work-from-home flexibility. β€’ * Competitive salary with performance bonuses. β€’ * Career development and internal growth opportunities. β€’ * Paid leaves and company holidays. β€’ * Exposure to global e-commerce trends and systems. β€’ * Supportive and collaborative virtual team culture. β€’ Why Join Progressive Technology?
