JOB DESCRIPTION • Actively taking part in the order management, invoicing, shipping and billing processes for clients in the EMEA region • Working as part of a multicultural international team with remote cooperation • Cooperation with internal stakeholders including Sales and Finance • Reviewing customer order documentation in compliance with contractual provisions and company guidelines • Generating orders in Salesforce • Sorting out escalations regarding disputed orders • Generating customer invoices for assigned accounts • Processing customer purchase orders in internal systems • Assisting with executing the order shipment CANDIDATE PROFILE • Remote work for 4 days a week • Possibility to work as part of an international team for global clients • 5 weeks of holidays and an extra day off for your birthday • Paid volunteer days as part of the internal CSR programme • Summer Friday afternoons off from June until August • Possibility to get a Multisport Card WE OFFER • Remote work for 4 days a week • Possibility to work as part of an international team for global clients • Sick days • Possibility to get a Multisport card We are looking forward to your bolthires in English.
