Key Responsibilities:

Ā Coordination: Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Ā Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any order discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Ā Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Ā Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Experience: Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service roles, preferably within the dry cleaning or retail industry.
Ā Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with order management systems. Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
