Job Title: Oracle Technical Consultant OIC Location: Remote Experience: 6+ Years Shift: US Rotational Shift Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Technical Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL/SQL development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud integrations, along with strong programming skills in procedures, functions, packages, and REST API development. This is a remote position, requiring flexibility to work in US rotational shifts and collaborate effectively with global teams and clients. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM applications. • Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. • Work with REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third‑party systems. • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle integration tools. • Build integration error handling and fault management frameworks. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in unit testing, SIT, and UAT phases to ensure successful integration delivery. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance or data‑related issues in integrations and database procedures. • Maintain documentation including technical design, mapping sheets, and test scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications • 6+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations and development. • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST, SOAP, File‑based, and scheduled flows. • In‑depth proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex procedures, functions, packages, and query optimization. • Hands‑on experience with REST API design, development, and integration. • Exposure to Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud modules and data models. • Good knowledge of FBDI, BIP, HDL, and data conversion/migration processes. • Familiarity with error handling, logging frameworks, and OIC monitoring tools. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
