Oracle ORC Cloud Consultant Duration: 6+ Months Contract Start Date: November 17, 2025 Location: Prefer Texas-based (onsite 3–4x per month); open to remote with occasional onsite travel Overview: Our client implemented Oracle Cloud SaaS for HR in November 2023, including the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module. They are now seeking an experienced Oracle ORC Cloud Consultant to review the current ORC setup and employee onboarding processes to ensure alignment with best practices and improve overall functionality. Responsibilities: • Review the end-to-end configuration of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module and related onboarding processes. • Identify process gaps, configuration issues, and improvement opportunities. • Provide best practice recommendations for optimizing ORC and ensuring smooth onboarding workflows. • Develop an actionable improvement plan and guide the client through process and configuration enhancements. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and implementation partners to implement changes. • Deliver documentation of findings, recommendations, and future-state process designs. • Serve as a trusted advisor for HR technology optimization and ongoing governance. Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Strong background in HCM process design, configuration review, and post-implementation optimization. • Hands-on experience improving onboarding and recruiting processes within Oracle Cloud environments. • Ability to provide strategic guidance and ensure Oracle best practice alignment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with clients in advisory or consulting capacitie Apply tot his job
