Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Financial Consultant Job Location: Bay Area, Dallas (Remote work considered) Job Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Oracle Hyperion Financial Consultant with expertise in financial closure and external reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) solutions. Responsibilities: • Design and implement Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) solutions to streamline financial closure processes. • Configure and maintain Hyperion applications to ensure accurate and timely external reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide training and support to end users on Hyperion applications and financial reporting best practices. • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize system performance and data integrity. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) modules. • Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud and other related technologies. • Strong understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and reporting requirements. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Relevant certifications such as Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist (HCS), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent are preferred. • Experience working in the Bay Area or Dallas is desirable, but remote candidates will also be considered.
