Oracle HCM Techno-functional Analyst
Role : Oracle HCM Analyst (Techno-functional)
Location: onsite once a month Pegasus Park, Dallas Texas
C2H (W2 then fulltime)
Job Notes:
This role will support multiple HR systems including PeopleSoft, UKG, and Oracle Cloud HCM, with primary focus on Oracle HCM Performance Management. The environment also includes Oracle Talent Acquisition Management and Taleo.
The position is for an Oracle HCM Analyst with strong technical capability. The manager is looking for someone who has worked in the Redwood user interface environment and can configure within Oracle HCM. This is not a purely functional analyst role. They need someone who can get hands on in the system and perform customization using Oracle Visual Builder.
The interview process will include an initial screening call followed by a panel technical interview.
This is a highly customer facing role, so strong communication skills are essential. The candidate must be comfortable working with stakeholders and business users while also handling technical configuration and customization work.
