Opportunity Overview
Sherwin s Oracle HCM team is seeking an onshore Functional Oracle HCM resource to support large-scale initiatives and address internal capacity constraints. Demand is driven primarily by the Souvenil (Brazil) acquisition and multiple enablement projects, which together are consuming approximately one-third of the current team s capacity.
Role Details
ā¢ Role Type: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
ā¢ Location: Remote, US (EST preferred)
ā¢ Travel: No travel to Cleveland required
ā¢ Reporting Line: Functional Manager
ā¢ Engagement Model: Staff augmentation (capacity-based) on SOW
Primary Focus Areas
ā¢ Oracle HCM configuration and functional support
ā¢ Direct interaction with business stakeholders
ā¢ Customer-facing engagement and functional troubleshooting
ā¢ Support enablement initiatives tied to acquisition and transformation work
Priority Functional Modules
ā¢ Core HR
ā¢ Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
ā¢ Workforce Compensation

Team & Operating Context
ā¢ Total Oracle HCM team size: ~25 resources
ā¢ Global delivery model with developers offshore and functional leadership onshore
ā¢ This role is expected to work closely with business users and internal stakeholders in EST time zones
Experience Requirements
ā¢ Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Fusion experience
ā¢ Must be hands-on and platform-experienced (not entry-level)
ā¢ Background may be SI-side or client-side
Interview Process
ā¢ Two-step interview model:
ā¢ 30 minutes with hiring manager
ā¢ 30 minutes with a subset of the functional team
ā¢ Scheduling flexibility, with preference for early morning EST or lunch hour
