Job Responsibilities:
• Implement Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources and Time and Labor modules
• Guide and mentor clients on Oracle HCM usability
• Provide regular status and issue reports to project managers and clients
• Contribute to enhancing implementation methodologies for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud projects

Job Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in two to three Full Life Cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Exceptional communication skills and proactive follow-up
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
• Ability to promote HCM best practices through compelling storytelling
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HCM Suite
