Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits Consultant for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.
Title: Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
ā¢ Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and/or Benefits modules
ā¢ Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to align compensation and benefits processes
ā¢ Design and maintain compensation structures, eligibility profiles, and benefits plans
ā¢ Ensure seamless integration between compensation/benefits and payroll systems
ā¢ Provide functional support and troubleshooting for system issues
ā¢ Participate in testing, training, and user support activities
ā¢ Lead or support Oracle HCM projects related to compensation and benefits
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and/or Benefits modules
ā¢ Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits administration
ā¢ Knowledge of payroll processes and system integration points
ā¢ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
