Title: Oracle HCM Absence Management Consultant Location: Remote Citizenship: Required Travel: 1–2 trips Job Summary: Looking for a senior Absence Management consultant skilled in accruals, eligibility profiles, absence types, and downstream integrations. Responsibilities: • Configure complex accrual plans • Conduct full-cycle testing • Troubleshoot absence issues • Support patch cycles and updates • Validate downstream Payroll/HR impacts Requirements: • 5+ years Oracle HCM Absence • Strong configuration and testing experience U.S. citizenship required Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $113.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): • Which Oracle HCM Absence components have you personally configured end-to-end in production? • How many production Absence implementations or major redesigns have you led? • Have you validated downstream impacts of Absence configuration on Payroll, OTL, or other HCM modules? • Are you a U.S. Citizen and available for 1–2 onsite trips if required?
