Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to support our Healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, strong business acumen in healthcare, and the ability to provide both functional and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
⢠Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules with focus on Core HR and Time & Labor (OTL).
⢠Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
⢠Provide expertise in data migration, integrations, and reporting within HCM Cloud.
⢠Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
⢠Deliver end-user training and documentation.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with healthcare business processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
⢠8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
⢠Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR and Time & Labor (OTL) modules.
⢠Prior experience in healthcare industry projects is highly preferred.
⢠Experience with configurations, approvals, fast formulas, and absence management integration is a plus.
⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
