About Toppan MerrillFinancial Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Business Systems AnalystWe are currently seeking a Financial Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. This role supports our existing Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) Financials environment while playing a key role in an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Cloud EPM transformation currently in early design stages.**This is a fully remote position available in the US OR Canada with a preference for a first shift work time starting between 7AM and 9AM CST. **Role OverviewThis role is responsible for business systems analysis, requirements definition, and solution design for Toppan Merrill’s cloud‑based financial systems. The analyst partners closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure financial system solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting needs.What You’ll DoApply expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (and Oracle EBS where applicable) to deliver scalable, cloud‑based financial solutionsSupport and enhance Oracle ERP financial application modules, interfaces, and related systemsPartner directly with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate accounting needs into system designs and configurationsLead functional design activities including configuration, module setup, testing, and production supportDrive business simplification and automation through effective use of cloud ERP capabilitiesLead and contribute to current‑state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and define future‑state solutionsDefine and document business process and system requirementsPrepare detailed functional documentation and specificationsProvide direction on design decisions and financial system functionalityCoordinate and manage user change requests and enhancement initiatives through on‑time deliveryServe as a functional lead for financial systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting processes, close activities, and controlsAbout YouStrong accounting background required, with a clear understanding of how ERP systems support core accounting, cash, and revenue processesSolid understanding of how Oracle Financials modules work together in an integrated financial environmentComfortable engaging with Accounting, Finance leadership, and cross‑functional partnersStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentDetail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsAble to work productively both independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable with workload, priorities, and schedule changes when neededQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP FinancialsOracle EBS and PL/SQL experience preferred.Experience supporting financial systems in accounting‑driven, close and audit sensitive environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead analysis efforts and guide stakeholders through complex initiativesWhy You Should Work Here:The ability to work in an environment that encourages creativity and fresh ideasThe ability to be on the leading edge of SaaS driven technology solutions for capital markets and regulatory disclosure requirementsThe opportunity to join a well-established and growing company that has just completed its most successful yearWe understand that your skills deserve recognition.
