ad1 Job Description -Oracle Functional Consultant C2HRemoteSummarySeeking a skilled Oracle Commerce Functional Consultant to support and optimize e-commerce operations and order management processes. This role involves configuring Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Retail Order Management System (OROMS), and Oracle Retail Order Broker (OROB) while collaborating with business and IT teams to improve functionality and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult on platform architecture and e-commerce best practices.Configure and support Oracle Commerce Cloud features including catalog, pricing, promotions, and UX.Manage and maintain OROMS and OROB configurations, including business rules and workflows.Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle: creation, validation, fulfillment, and tracking.Troubleshoot issues such as pricing errors, catalog inaccuracies, and checkout failures.Guide users on platform navigation, configurations, and best practices.Handle incident tracking, escalation, and resolution.Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.Identify and implement functional enhancements and process improvements.QualificationsStrong understanding of e-commerce processes and customer journey.Proficient in Oracle Commerce Cloud, OROMS, and OROB.Experience in incident management and functional user support.Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
