Client :: Healthcare domainLocation :: RemoteOracle Functional Architect Oracle Bill Management & Self-Service Portal DeliveryRole SummaryWe are seeking a senior-level Oracle Functional Architect with proven experience implementing the latest release of Oracle Bill Management to support the delivery of self-service billing portals. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions that enable users to search and download transactions, as well as pay invoices partially or in full. You will be responsible for building and configuring features that allow customers to view transactions in a consolidated way, manage payments across multiple invoices, and initiate dispute workflows.Candidates must have a deep understanding of billing operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), and revenue management, with strong experience in integrating these functions into Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically Oracle AR.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring:Deep expertise in the latest releases of Oracle Bill Management, AR, and billing operations, with hands-on experience integrating with other back-office systems.Strong understanding of Oracle Bill Management functionality, including:Available and upcoming featuresKnown product gapsHow to align these with healthcare provider/patient requirementsExperience identifying functional gaps, recommending workarounds, enabling Opt-In features, and collaborating with Oracle on product roadmap alignmentExcellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with Billing Operations, Accounting, and Internal Audit teams, understand workflow complexities, and propose scalable, system-aligned solutionsShould know limitation of Product issues in Oracle Bill Managements and its Lack of integration in oracle AR and provide pathforward for thisRequired QualificationsProven experience implementing Oracle Bill Management in Oracle Cloud Financials, Strong oracle AR expeirnceExperience delivering self-service billing portals for patients, providers, or similar B2B/B2C customer-facing environmentsStrong communication skills to work with Billing Operations, Accounting, and Internal Auditors, interpreting complex workflows and turning them into effective Oracle solutionsDemonstrated collaboration with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholdersStrong documentation and solution design skills, with a track record of driving stakeholder alignment across business and ITExperience designing and building PaaS extensions on top of Oracle Bill Management to cover gaps and deliver advanced functionality not available out of the boxPrior success in delivering credit card-style customer portals, where users can:View consolidated statementsSelect one or more transactionsPay invoices partially or in fullInitiate and manage dispute workflows with supporting statusesPreferred qualification : Healthcare Patient/Provider processThanks,~Raja Prakash~
