Job Title: Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant
Location: Remote Job + Travel
Duration: 4 Months+
Job Description:
ā¢ We are seeking an experienced EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Planning to lead implementation and optimization initiatives within Oracle EPM Cloud.
ā¢ The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering scalable workforce planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) with a focus on Workforce Planning
ā¢ Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional designs
ā¢ Configure workforce planning modules including headcount, compensation, and benefits planning
ā¢ Drive solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment
ā¢ Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
ā¢ Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices
ā¢ Lead client workshops, training sessions, and UAT support
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process optimization
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Planning (headcount, salary, forecasting)
ā¢ Proven experience leading at least 1 2 full-cycle EPM implementations
ā¢ Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
ā¢ Experience in business requirement gathering and solution design
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with EPBCS Workforce module
ā¢ Knowledge of integrations with HCM / ERP systems
ā¢ Familiarity with Data Management, Smart View, and Groovy scripting
ā¢ Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a solution lead
