Responsibilities
Ā Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of
the S2P modules (Purchasing, PO Receiving, Inventory, Account Payables, GL Etc.) in
Oracle EBS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Ā Process Optimization: Assess existing S2P processes and identify areas for
improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with financial
policies.
Ā Functional Expertise: Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle EBS S2P
modules, offering insights on capabilities, configuration options, and integration points
with other ERP modules.
Ā Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements,
conduct gap analysis, and design tailored solutions to address both global and regional
needs.
Ā Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, oversee functional
testing, and support user... acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a successful
implementation.
Ā Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation, including functional
specifications, process flows, and training materials, and conduct training sessions for
end-users and key stakeholders.
Ā Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical
teams, effectively communicating project updates, risks, and issues.
Ā Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption
of new processes and systems, providing expertise on S2P-related transformation
impacts.
Ā Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and
collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and process challenges related to
S2P.
Ā Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 architecture and 12.2.13 online patching features.
Familiarity with Oracle documentation like UPK and OUM
