Oracle Cloud Fusion Developer

Service Period (months): 6 months Engagement Location: REMOTE ASSIGNMENT Principal Duties: • Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and ongoing support. • Develop, test, debug, implement, and document technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. • Must have functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Suite (Workforce Development, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Financial Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, etc.). • Must have technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, VBCS). • Proficient in Fusion-based integration using OIC and SOAP/REST services. • Hands-on expertise with complex SQL and PL/SQL queries. • Knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS. • Knowledge of APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus. • Oracle certifications preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Highly proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Develop technical specification documents for customizations, interfaces, and reports. • Participate in code reviews and testing activities. • Resolve defects and performance issues. • Document application changes for maintenance. • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing requirements. • Minimum Qualifications: • A Developer assists in designing, developing, and supporting applications, including web systems and web-enabling end-user applications, and may help manage corporate websites and intranet communities. Must understand programming techniques, web development, and system management tools. • General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include: • Understand module features and their impact across the system. • Analyze data flow and apply system knowledge to business processes. • Identify and define system errors and deficiencies. • Collaborate with developers to determine optimal solutions and manage priorities. • Lead cross-functional teams in testing and implementing patches and upgrades. • Extract and analyze key business performance metrics. • Assess user needs and identify efficiencies. • Create documentation, instructions, and training materials. • Evaluate new technologies, perform justification, and plan implementations. • Manage networks and hardware, ensuring timely resolution of help-desk items. Educational Level:Years of Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in data processing, computer systems, and applications; Operations Specialty requires 5 years of supervisory experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field. • Five (5) years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, and applications. • Operations Specialty requires 5 years of supervisory experience. • Network Services requires a telecommunications background. • Broad technical knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
